  • Marte Bronzetto (776 Sq. Ft.)
  • Marte Crema Marfil (3300 Sq. Ft.)

Description:

The old tile floor was in an irreparable state which required us to remove all of the tile. Extensive floor preparation was necessary to ensure a quality, finished product. Then install 4,901 square feet of owner supplied tile.

All of the material was supplied by the owner of the hotel. There were 3 types of large-format porcelain tiles used in various sizes to create the desired pattern. There is a large circular pattern in the middle of the lobby that required us to cut the radial pieces using our waterjet machine in our fabrication shop. The radial pattern was dry laid in our shop before shipping to the job to ensure a quality fit.

Project Completion:  August 2015 – 2 Weeks of Field Labor
